How much water should you drink a day?
There is no single number for everyone. Needs depend on body size, activity, climate and health. Many health bodies suggest that adults get roughly 2 to 3 litres of fluid a day from drinks and food, and more in hot weather or after exercise.
5 easy habits
- Drink a glass of water after you wake up.
- Keep a bottle on your desk where you can see it.
- Set reminders, or let a SipSense bottle glow for you.
- Drink a glass with every meal.
- Refill your bottle every time you take a break.
